Kim Se Hui is the chief director of a large hospital and the operator of a charity foundation. She is a highly respected doctor, but, unknown to the public, she is also the head of an illegal adoption organization that Jung Hyeon runs. Kim Se Hui holds a twisted belief that only superior genes should survive. In the case of a child who is adopted through an illegal operation and does not meet the adoptive parents' expectations, Kim Se Hui's group provides a free refund for a certain period. When the adoptive parents return a child, Kim Se Hui's organization kills the child to destroy evidence of their crime. Kim A Hyeon was one of the refunded children, but she dramatically survived.
