The story of a woman in a mountain cabin in Gangwon province who’s been possessed by an evil spirit and a priest tries to stop it. 66 years and six months later, best friends Sang Goo and Jae Pil buy the cabin and Mi Na ends up intertwined with them after coming on a trip. The movie follows the terrifying things that happen to the group, and it’s described that the film is about the “satanic” goat-headed figure Baphomet.

The character Sang Goo is said to be a man who appears intimidating but is really naive, while his friend Jae Pil is a man who seems rough on the outside but is actually warm. In contrast to the others from rich families, Mi Na grew up in a normal household in the countryside and she’s described as eccentric.

On December 1979, Seoul had been enduring a harsh winter before the upcoming spring. After the assassination of President Park, martial law has been declared. Capital Defense Commander Lee Tae Shin, an obstinate soldier who believes the military should not take political actions, fights against Chun Doo Kwang to stop him. The conflict between the two grows while military leaders are holding their decision and Defense Minister is gone. In the midst of chaos, the spring of Seoul that everyone longed for heads to unexpected direction.

When he thinks about calling it a day, a man named Geum Hyuk Soo asks Oh Taek to drive him to the port city of Mokpo. He offers a million won (~$1,000) to drive him. Oh Taek accepts the drive, but Oh Taek is not aware that Hyuk Soo murdered a man, and he is planning to stow away on a boat. Meanwhile, Hwang Soon Kyu is the mother of the man who was murdered by Hyuk Soo. She chases after her son’s killer.
